We at Spa-Synergy seek two goals: (1) serving the needs of our valued guests in the best possible manner and (2) offering our service providers and professionals a great place to work in. Our policies, listed below, are designed toward attaining those twin goals.

Appointments and Cancellations:  Please enable us to offer you excellent and  consistent service while fairly utilizing the time of our qualified service professionals by helping enforce the following cancellation policy:

* All Spa-Synergy appointments can be cancelled without charge with an advance notice of 24 hours or more.
* 20% charge on cancellations with less than 24 hour advance notice.
* 50% charge on no-shows with no advance notice.

Special Prices and Offers: If you will be taking advantage of any of our special prices, programs, coupons, or offers, please do inform us at the time of making your appointment. Spa-Finder/Spa-Wish: We are pleased to accept Spa-Finder/Spa Wish certificates. Since we receive only a fraction of the total value of the certificates, we can only redeem these certificates at full value of our individual services. Particularly, when redeeming these certificates toward payment of special offers and packages, the full price on individual sevices included in special offers and packages must be paid. Thank you for your understanding.

Arrival:  We wish to make your dayspa experience a relaxing and enjoyable one. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early so you have time to settle in before services begin. Late Arrivals: We sincerely request you to please be on time for your appointments. However, if you arrive late, we will do our best accommodate you, but sometimes, we might have to request a reschedule. Should that happen, we request your cooperation. 

Peacefulness:  For their safety, children without appointments are not allowed in treatment rooms or in the reception and relaxation areas.  Cell phones and pagers must be silenced during treatments and in the relaxation areas.

Valuables: Please do not bring your valuables to the Spa.  Many treatments require you to remove jewelry.  The Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables.  For security reasons oversized bags are not allowed in the Spa. 

Discover:   In the course of your skin or body treatment, you may discover a product you like.  We will provide samples whenever possible or you may purchase a supply for home use.  Products used between treatments extend and maximize results.

Gratuity: Tipping is appreciated by your service providers.  Most clients follow the same guidelines used in service related businesses – 10 to 20%.  Please ask about group tipping protocol. 

Return:  Receive a discount if you reschedule before you leave. And you will have the best chance of getting the date you want, particularly if it is at a popular time. Enjoy the anticipation of a pleasant experience that is also a good investment in your health and well-being. Please ask for details at the reception desk.
